Hotel Baltum - Albufeira

the pool area was very clean and the location was great, very close to close to the beach, night clubs, and the lovely portuguese coast. again, it was convenient to visit misericordia chapel.

I liked the facet that it was located within less than 3 minutes from the beach and located right in the centre of the main strip for shops clubs and a taxi rank literally outside the door.

The location of the hotel is its main advantage. Its just 2-3 minutes walk from the beach and centrally located in the street where the night life is active. The rooms are comfortable.

The breakfast was limited but that should hardly stop anyone from booking this hotel. (anyway you get food at rock bottom prices in albufeira)

love the location of this hotel. a few things need modernisation for example shower fittings are a bit dated and need modernization but location is excellent. love the staff at this family run hotel. helpful and friendly but not overbearing or in your face. cleaning staff are excellent.

Perfectly located - just 3 min walk to the beach and night spots are 1-3 min walk as well.

I had such great days staying at this small hotel. The breakfasts were excellent. The service was great, including a convenient check-in. Besides, the parking was next to the property. The location was very central, stunning close to all the sights. Plus, it was near to the beach and shops and restaurants as well as Old Town Square...

The hotel is situated in a great location (near the beautifull beach and in the center). We had a great view to the Bar street, so even not going out you could enjoy in Albufeira's nightlife from your ballcony.

The breakfast could be more various during the week.

The only restriction is the wireless internet that doesn't work

The property was in the centre of the city. The room was both huge and good-sized with balcony.

Great hotel for only 2 stars - should at least be 3 I reckon. Fantastic location, 50 yards from beach, restaurants and bars. Clean towels everyday, comfy beds and 24 hour reception. The hotel even made us a lunch pack when we went away for the day !

Slightly noisy at night but it is the sacrifice you make for the great location

The rooftop terrace offered fine views. The room size was good, with effective air conditioning making our stay comfortable.

The noise from the street made it a bit difficult to sleep at times.

Well breakfast as everybody have said, air condition as everybody have already said and noise from the clubs.. all there. and I didnt like that when I wrote an email to the hotel asking how to get there by bus they just advised me to take a taxi. Even when I re-sent my letter specifically asking for a bus. But general impression despite of all was quite ok
